The Villa at Trassaco is a large family home that is designed in two halves for the user to have family in one half of the building and the public in the other. Both autonomous sides are separated by a glass covered courtyard with a white speckled polished terrazzo serpentine staircase that connects both floors.

It is designed to be built of prefabricated coloured concrete panels with specially designed Islamic Arches, following a curve, parallel to the site boundary, in a parametric fashion.

The site is bounded at its north with a public golf course, which becomes the focal point of the rear elevation. Its materials are coloured concrete, timber jalousies, glass and aluminum, laser cut.
