James Inedu-George is a renowned Nigerian architect, designer, painter, and writer recognized for his innovative approach to solving complex urban challenges.

He is the founding partner and Design Lead at HTL Africa Ltd and HTL Asia Plus, leading teams across the continent and beyond.

James has lectured in universities around the world, has been invited to be a resident architect in several universities and organizations and has also participated in several architectural biennales.

Ubosi Chinedu C is a construction industry veteran with 15 years of experience spearheading complex projects. His expertise spans contracting, constructability analysis, cost management, and project delivery, ensuring projects not only meet aesthetic goals but also achieve exceptional time and budget performance.

Junior Architect

2-4 years experience in design and architecture. Their responsibilities include brainstorming project ideas,completing designs/working drawings, model making and assisting in designing and reviewing project proposals. Working with other architects and head of design on design ideas and projects. Key skills include proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, Indesign, Vray, Corona, sketch up etc, and a Master's degree in architecture. Solid experience in designing, researching and creating presentation decks.

Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities include preparing estimates, tracking project costs, negotiating contracts, managing subcontractors, and ensuring legal standards are met. Advise on procurement strategies, analyze commercial risks, and provide cost control during construction. They will also handle contractual claims, write progress reports, value completed work, and oversee payments.
A degree in quantity surveying or related fields with strong analytical skills, construction knowledge, and excellent communication abilities.
