It is an oasis, designed as both a city and super building, designed with high precision and to be built of steel and probably off-site. Recognizing the temporary nature of the building, our strategies use a series of columns that can be dismantled over time and connecting them with a super-slab of trusses. This will enable the structure to be either reused after its lifetime or absorbed into new construction if that is so desired.
